I know with all of the "Black Friday Deals" popping up in my inbox, on the radio, and, well... everywhere... I'm starting to feel a little tense.
Deep breathing is honestly a great option when feeling overwhelmed.
Breathe in, 2, 3, 4.
Breathe out, 2, 3, 4.
And maybe you MOVE it out of your body with this short sequence:
