​Feeling Lonely? 
Try these moves:
1. Sit comfortably on the ground with hands resting on knees or thighs
2. Inhale and lift your chin and heart skyward
3. Exhale and round chin toward chest, bully button toward spine
4. Sit tall (big breath) and lean forward (release the breath), heart leads toward the ground beneath you
5. Extend one leg long, the other bent with knee to chest, fold forward
6. Switch legs and do the same
7. Lie down with legs extended. Breathe deep and let your ribcage lift
8. Exhale and let the ground hold you
